We are looking for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLC/IT engineers regardless of nationality, language or experience. We welcome Engineers with experience in foreign or Japanese companies, and fluency in Japanese and English.

➤ Q1.What type of work we have?
We have jobs in a wide range of industries, from automobiles, industrial machinery, FA robots to plants and construction. Moreover, unlike contractors, you can improve your ability to receive guidance and instructions directly from users, and to consult and propose. The engineer working at R-Techno was assigned the upstream design as early as three months after the training started.
➤ Q2.What kind of work can you challenge?
Many engineers in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLC/IT are playing active roles in R-techno. There are many designs, 3D modelling, analysis, and NC programming, but in recent years, the cases of electrical design, board design, and software development have greatly increased.
➤ Q3.Can you work stably and for a long time?
R-Techno offshore team will be a short-term one-year project. Since it belongs to a dedicated team of users, it gives a stable work volume and a clear instruction/education plan. In R-Techno many offshore teams have been working for over 10 years.
Leader members gather at R-Techno base and work in a dedicated development room. Complete system and infrastructure, complete environment and support system including as transportation expenses and full-time allowance that allows you to work comfortably.
Leader members can work from home making arrangements by remote tools. A dedicated system, and a communication line for business use are arranged and also telecommuting allowance will also be provided, so you can work without worrying about your home environment and expenses.
